Telehealth
All services are currently provided remotely via telehealth, including individual psychotherapy for adults, adolescents and children, couple therapy and family therapy. Dyadic psychotherapy is available for caregivers and their 0-5 year old children, and perinatal psychotherapy is available for caregivers throughout pregnancy and the postpartum period. Consultation and clinical supervision for pre- and post-doctoral clinicians can be arranged.
Specialties
Dr. Terry specializes in treating individuals who have been exposed to trauma, including acute trauma and Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), complex trauma and developmental trauma such as chronic maltreatment, and trauma and loss during pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. She treats perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, and has expertise in attachment across the lifespan, infant mental health, early childhood development, and parenting. To enhance her work with parents and caregivers, she integrates past experience working in the neonatal intensive care (NICU) setting and has been trained as a lactation consultant. Dr. Terry also has specialization in treating eating disorders.
